The AGM is now sold out but you can add your name to the waiting list in case any tickets become available.
Our year opens with the AGM at Hever Castle, Kent, Anne Boleyn’s childhood home. Following the formal proceedings there will be a couple of lectures, one of which will be by Marian Boswall. After lunch at the castle Neil Miller (Head Gardener) will talk about the gardens and then guide us through their mazes, lake and historic topiary in the Italian garden. Our group dinner will be at the Hever Hotel.
Next day a private tour of some of the 11 acre formal Grade I listed gardens at Penshurst Place Gardens by the Head Gardener & his assistant is our first stop. After this we’ll visit the exquisite garden of Long Barn, Kent, Sissinghurst’s ‘little sister’ and after lunch we visit Chevening with Marian Boswall as our guide.
